DATA + PROCESS + ANALYTICS

This step is where we optimize the data and parts of the revenue generation process that is not working. The processes are separated into three areas: Territory Manaement, Lead Generation, and Pipeline Management. These optimized data constructs and processes and implemented and actionable, accountability fostering dashboards are created.

TRAIN + EXECUTE

The sales team is trained on the new processes and who they should be fulfilled in the CRM. Careful attention is paid throughout the process to make the processes as sales user friendly as possible to drive adoption. The sales team begins to execute on the new processes.
